Petasil is a well known factory making school shoes in Portugal with quality leathers for both the upper and the linings of the shoes. Babs 2 is in dark brown calf leather with leather lining and a rubber sole and padded ankle in E fitting which is narrow. The strap does up with velcro and is very strong.
