UK Clothing Orders

• Once an order has been processed - we send by Royal Mail Guranteed Next Day Delivery (fully tracked) or Parcelforce 24 hour delivery for heavier items (fully tracked)** - FREE for orders over £100 or else ONLY £3.95.
• We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days although most items are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).
• Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery option for £6.95 (Place order before 2pm Monday to Thursday, excludes public holidays).

** If you are not at home (or there is no one to accept the order at requested delivery address) when your order is delivered, a card is left for you to collect it from a local Post Office. If any order is returned to us uncollected, an extra delivery charge will be applicable for re-delivery.

** If you choose a delivery address different to the invoice address (e.g. a work address where the delivery can be signed for by anyone at the address), we are not responsible if the order is signed for by someone else and it goes astray. Therefore proof of delivery to the address with a signature taken by the person who delivered the order is proof that the order has been successfully delivered.

International Orders

We provide a secure and fully insured delivery service to most International destinations via International Signed Delivery, Parcelforce International 48 hour service  or FedEx.

International Signed For Delivery
Orders under 500 grams to outside of the UK and Ireland are dispatched by international 'signed for' delivery at a cost of £8.00 for Europe and £10.00 for USA (insurance included).

If the delivery charges costs us more than £10 we will contact you for your approval to confirm any extra cost due to weight. We try to keep this charge to a minimum and will not knowingly make money on the postage.

We send by certified and insured airmail, the parcel requires a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the parcel is left at the Post Office for your collection, the Postman should leave a card through the door to inform you.

If the parcel is not collected by a certain date it is returned to us, in this situation we do not refund the shipping charge, and we charge to resend the parcel. We will email you as soon as the parcel is posted.

We aim to dispatch items within 2 days although most parcels are sent the same day (Monday to Friday).

We expect most European parcels to take around 3-4 days, USA and Rest of World around 7-9 days although we like to leave 14 days.

If you think a parcel is taking too long please contact us and we can give you the 'certified' number so you can search for it at your Post Office.

We do not charge VAT.

**New - FedEx Delivery
FedEx delivery is £20 to Europe and £28 to the rest of the world.

Deliveries by FedEx are normally made within 1 to 2 working days (UAE 2-3 days) for orders made before 2pm, Monday to Thursday.

If your order is especially heavy, we will contact you to ask you to pay for any extra costs (we do not make a profit on delivery).

 

NB: There may be customs duties payable we have no control over these charges. We understand for USA at present any gift item under $100 is free of customs duties.
