Non-Sale items purchased on our website can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase by printing off and filling in the Online Returns form and returning it with the goods, provided they are returned in a re-sellable condition and odour free, which is at our discretion, with any swing tickets still attached.  Refunds are processed as soon as the goods are received into our shop - refunded back to the original purchase method.

Sale goods can be returned for an exchange or credit note provided that you have first notified us by email or telephone 01992 444358 (from outside UK +44 1992 444358) within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with any swing tickets still attached.

In addition to this refund policy, under the UK’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days.

For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
