If you have any questions, including delivery times, status of order already placed or product information, please contact us by telephone or email via the 'Contact' link on our website. Is it safe to order online? Yes, it is statistically far safer to make payment to Secure sites such as ours than paying by card in shops or restaurants. Our website is SSL protected meaning that when you place your order, all your details are encrypted before being transmitted to us. We do NOT keep a record of your payment details (card name, number, security code, expiry dates). These are passed securely to the payment processor (SagePay) or are taken directly on the payment processor's website (Google Checkout or PayPal).  How do loyalty points work? For each order you place you will earn loyalty points which are 5% of the value (excluding any delivery charges) of your order. These are added to your account 28 days after your order. If your order is cancelled or the items returned the points will not be allocated. We will email you to let you know when the points have been added to your account. Once you have accumulated enough points to pay for any items you want, simply add them to your basket and click the 'CHECKOUT' button. During the checkout process you will be able to select the option to pay for your order using loyalty points. Please note that you need to be able to pay for the order (and any delivery charge) entirely with loyalty points as you cannot part-pay with loyalty points and a credit card. |
