FAQs

Can I collect my order?

Yes, when placing your order, you can select whether to collect from us at 55a High Street, Hoddesdon, EN11 8TQ, or Unit 1 Francis Works, Geddings Road, Hoddesdon, EN11 0NT. No delivery charge applies and your order can be collected the next working day (for orders placed by 12pm on the previous working day). Uncollected orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order, after this time our processing team are working on completing your order for picking, packing and delivery. If you no longer require your order then you would need to return using our returns procedure for a refund (credit for Easy Payment Plans) return postage is your responsibilty we do not refund return costs, if you refuse your delivery any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Can VAT be deducted from international orders?

Our childrens' clothing products do not have VAT included in pricing (as per UK law). Accessories (a very small portion of our products) do include VAT but due to their lower price and sales volume, we cannot supply these VAT-free.

How do I contact you?

Our phone lines are often very busy so please email us if you have trouble getting through.

How do I return clothing I don't want?

Can I combine shipping?

Our warehouse staff aim to prepare deliveries for dispatch as quickly as possible, each order is at a different stage of processing which means we cannot locate and pair with additional orders.

What is a Pre Order?

Pre Orders are items we expect to receive from a brand for the new season ahead. It allows you the option to order items before they hit stores for general sale. Popular items can sell out quickly this option is perfect to ensure you get your size selection and receive your delivery right after we do. You can also spread your payments with our Easy Payment Plan service. We do not contact you when your items arrive, your order will be shipped once full payment is made and all items are in stock. If mixing pre orders with in stock items the whole order will ship once everything is in stock.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, it is statistically far safer to make payment to Secure sites such as ours than paying by card in shops or restaurants.

Our website is SSL protected meaning that when you place your order, all your details are encrypted before being transmitted to us. We have an 'EV' SSL (green bar SSL) which means our company has been carefully checked by Thawte to verify our identity.

 

We do NOT keep a record of your credit or debit card details (card name, number, security code, expiry dates). These are passed securely to the payment processor SagePay, or directly on PayPal's website, depending on the payment option you choose.

Our website regularly undergoes rigorous testing for security vulnerabilities and is PCI certified.
