Returns

Returns Policy

Items purchased on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in perfect condition and odour free, with any swing tickets still attached. We reserve the right at our discretion to reject returns if we feel they do not meet the above. For items accepted for return after the 14 days cancellation period, you will be offered a gift voucher or store credit.

CLEARANCE items are NOT REFUNDABLE (due to the stupidly less than cost prices)

Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without any postal labels (please send it inside additional packaging). Shoebox fees will be deducted from any refund when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a shipping fee was provided free of charge or discounted due to a special offer, the normally applicable shipping fee (or the difference if discounted) will be deducted from any refund.

We aim to process your return within 10 working days from receipt. Please note that your bank may take a further 3-5 working days to process the funds back to your account. Please note we cannot confirm receipt of items during processing, so please track your delivery for piece of mind that it has got to us safely. You will receive an email once it has been processed by us.

Ensure your postage receipt is kept, and adequate insurance cover is purchased in the event of the parcel being lost, as it is your responsibility to claim on your own parcel insurance.

If you wish to exchange a product, to save disappointment, we advise that you send the goods back for a refund WITHIN 14 DAYS and order the new product through our website. Our products sell quickly and we cannot hold products or guarantee their availability whilst your return is processed. You can also exchange a NON SALE item bought online in our Hoddesdon shop for the same item or a different item.

If a purchase includes a free gift which is not included in the returned item(s), the cost of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

Easy Payment Plans

A credit will be noted on your account, if you are paying off a new order in full please email customer service for a credit voucher code, if you wish to set up a new Easy Payment Plan please place your order then email us with your new order number where we will be happy to apply your owed credit balance.

In addition to this refund policy, under the UK’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days.

*EXCLUSIONS

We will not accept returns on:

  • Any worn clothing or footwear
  • Toys, Dolls or Prams
  • Socks without the original packaging
  • Tights
  • Hair bands / hair clips
  • Baby Bottles
  • Dummies
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear (with the protective hygiene strip removed)

You are responsible for the safe and timely return of your items to us, including any postage costs, insurance, Customs & Duty charges for international returns, etc. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges, loss or delays in this process.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

CUSTOMS & DUTY
To avoid incorrect Customs & Duty charges when your return arrives in the UK, you must mark your parcel as: “RETURNED UNWANTED GB MERCHANDISE”.

PLEASE DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR YOUR RETURN
Fedex automatically charge customs and duty on every parcel returned to us. This charge will automatically be deducted from your refund.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

FAULTY ITEMS will only be accepted for return if you have been given a Returns Number by us, the goods will be inspected in hand to confirm the damage is a manufacturing fault, where a decision cannot be made in store we will refer the return to the manufacturer to assess - this can take up to 28 days. All faulty goods outside of 30 days will be repaired, if not repairable a full or partial store credit will be granted or an exchange (at our discretion depending on the extent of the damage) ONLY if the goods are deemed faulty by the manufacturer. We do not cover faults caused by wear and tear. We will not accept faulty goods returns 6 months or more from delivery. Please email customerservices@panachekids.co.uk 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you registered with us when ordering:

Please click the Online Returns button below to login to your account and view your order(s), where you can submit an online return request. You will then be emailed a returns number (for each item to be returned), and details on how to proceed.

Please download and print the returns form via this link. If you do not have a printer, please use a blank piece of paper to write down all the information that the returns form asks for.
