Delicately hand smocked, it has navy blue and pale blue floral and hand embroidery with small buttons on the fitted bodice. There are little pintucks on the front and around the hem. It has puffed sleeves and fixed ties on the back to create a bow. It is lined in soft cotton and has button fastenings on the back.
